In Patanjali’s eight-limbed yoga tradition, Dhyana refers to sustained meditative concentration. During the retreat, participants study Samarth’s approach and follow a structured sequence of practices over four months.

The retreat is open to those who are currently taking or have completed MOD. Dhyana practices build on the sequence and terminology introduced in MOD.
The programme may be taken once, in accordance with the format established by its creator.

Separate meditation experience is not required, but participation in MOD is mandatory because Dhyana continues the practice sequence introduced there.

This is a rule of the format established by the programme’s creator. Materials are released in a set sequence within one complete participation cycle.
During the first 3 days, 2 videos are released each day. Later modules are released at intervals of 1–2 weeks.
Video materials remain available for 365 days from the start of the retreat.
